Andrey Lutay   A a member ot the St. Petersburg Figure Skating Club "Yubileyniy", Lutay is 20 years old.  He won the Silver Medal at this year's Russian Nationals , placed 5th in the European Championships and debuted as Alexey Mishin's Senior Men's Competitor at the 2007 World Figure Skating Championships in Toyko, Japan.
